Bored tonight. So what better way to kill time than to find pics of my favorite toku hero this year? <3

Oh, that's right, it's your birthday today, izumi_ixa , isn't it? HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I would send you a virtual gift, but I lack the funds to do that at the moment. He's the star of this year's Kamen Rider OOO. He also starred as the main character of a not-yet-available-in-English subbed drama called Geki Koi. He also has a few minor roles in other j-dramas. And he sings. "Time Judged All" is a duet between him and Ryosuke Miura (Ankh), and it sounds REALLY good. You should go check it out on Youtube. ^^

Did I also mention he won second place in the 2008 Junon Superboy Contest? It's like a beauty pageant for guys in Japan. ^^

No problem. I won't force you to enjoy it, but if my LJ friends thin it's best thing since sliced bread (how cliche >_>), it's probably worth checking out. ^_^

And the beauty pageant thing is only something I learned AFTER watching the show. But it was cool to know that. He IS cute enough to win a beauty pageant...though that was before he got his teeth fixed, so I'm surprised the judges overlooked his very scary looking smile back then. ^_^;

Google hates him though because he shares the same name as a not so popular and not very nice looking politician...>_>

So if you ever want to look him up, make sure you type in "Shu Watanabe" "渡部 秀" "Actor" and/or "Kamen Rider OOO" next to his name if you don't want to get images and facts about somebody else O.o

Ooh, I'm still going to check it out for two reasons:
• you seem to love it so it can't be really bad
• Shu Watanabe is cute

I agree; that guy could win a beauty pageant any day. Crooked teeth, huh? Wow, I never would have guessed.

It's a little slow at first...I will warn you that. But the action really picks up like that *snaps fingers* after episode 16.

And watch out for any popsicles you might have in the fridge...a certain floating limb just might steal them when you're not looking. XD
